We are normally the first and last people your guests see. We ensure that we make the right impression first time and all the time. Although we are security providers, customer service is our key offering. We have a staff code of conduct that all of our staff adheres to. We also comply with the BS 7960 code of practice.

We believe that the reputation of your business and that of your customers is paramount. We will protect your reputation through excellence and proactive service.

All our staff are First Aid, fire awareness and Conflict Management trained. All our staff wear the same uniforms, black suit with company tie and lapel badge. We wear black shirts for evening functions and white shirts during the day.

We provide a venue case for all of our fixed sites; these contain everything our staff may need to run any occasion successfully. First Aid kits, radio’s, tally counters (clickers), signing in sheets, incidents reports, copies of all insurance documents and the Asure Event Security Code of Conduct.
