Asure Event Security was established in 2001, in the past four years, we have grown a prestigious portfolio of venues and private clients, to which we provide both Personal and Event Security.
We work to the very highest standards; all our members of staff are trained in First Aid, Fire Awareness, Conflict Management and Physical Intervention. To maintain quality, all of our staff training is carried out in-house by approved and accredited trainers.
Asure Event Security complies with the BS7960 British Standard for Door Supervisors and all our members of staff are Security Industry Authority licensed.
At Asure Event Security as well as Personal and Event Security we believe in commitment to quality and staff training. We are able to offer our high standard of training services to our customers.

Code of Conduct
All staff are to maintain a high level of customer care and focus when carrying out their duties. Listed below are duties and minimum code of conduct for all staff to adhere to.
- All staff to be in full uniform when on duty. Black suit, shoe, and shirt with company tie and lapel badge.(for evening functions) White Shirt for day time functions. All door supervisor badges must be worn and displayed prominently.
- Supervisor - All staff sign in and report to Event / Venue Manager.
- Upon arrival, prior to function start do preliminary checks (including fire extinguishers / fire doors / radio checks etc.), also to man entry points to allow entry of event organisers.
- To check in all guests and direct as necessary(click in numbers and record on the event record)
- To provide constant front door supervision
- To provide an unobtrusive venue patrol ensuring the safety of the staff, guests and venue
- To liaise with Event Management team / Licensee in any security issues that may arise.
- To liaise with Event Management staff
- Final sweep of the building ensuring that all guests are safely off the premises.
- Supervisor - Nominated member of staff to complete event report and sign off at the end of event. Please then hand to Event Manager or leave in venue case.
- All incidents should be reported however minor.
- Staff are not to leave until directed to by Supervisor or Event / Venue Manager
- All staff to carry PPE
- Security personnel are not permitted to eat or drink in view of the client.
- No personal mobile telephone communication is to be used during the event.
- Security personnel are not permitted to smoke in or around the building.
- Please remove all ear rings
- It is expected of all staff to treat guest with respect be polite and have a good standard of knowledge of customer service skills. As per training course (i.e. all guests will must be addressed as sir or Madame not mate love or darling)
- There maybe some rude or drunk guests, please be patient and polite.
- It is important for all staff to be assertive never aggressive even in the face of abuse
- Always allow the guest the option of speaking to the Venue/Event Manager if requested.
